The same issue has occured; there is nothing you can do as GTAV may clean up a ped, causing it to become invalid. 😦

Before the update, the game wouldRagePluginHook.log crash at random times and sometimes it didn't but after the update when i go on-duty the game crashes

Not sure what you mean?

I know if you have the NVR_EMISSIVES folder in dlcpacks you can get odd looking vehicle texturing, so that would be a place to start.

It's hard to explain pretty much dark green spots that are supposed to be black like ALPR sometimes tome models will have it painted in a greenish colour

I wouldn't know I'm afraid, provided the vehicles are installed correctly.
