Yes, the title explains it.

I CAN Open the "Pat down" Section (basically the stop the ped default when you stop someone, ID, Pat Down, Request Escort ETC.) but I can't open it when i'm on the street with no one nearby, all it does is scream "LSPD STOP RIGHT THERE!". I tried to re-install it, but it doesn't seem to fix anything.

Help is appreciated!

    To open the "pat Down" menu, you double tab "E" by default, to open the menu with no one nearby, you hit the "G" button, also configure-able in the .ini

    I configured all of that, and I am aware of how to open each menu/interaction menu. The Issue is (as described) that some are missing, even after trying to double click the according button. It's just like they're GONE.

    You can screenshot the .ini. (Sections of it)
    Your log is clean; tho you might want to remove you .ini and reinstall the vanilla one over it. 

    You need help but aren't sure what you need to do / where you can get help?
