What do you mean you don't get OpenIV? The link works fine for me, I just tested it. Google search OpenIV and you'll find other links if that one doesn't work

    okay awesome thanks, also another question. I installed dashcam and i cant get the radar system to turn on when im in game any ideas? i tried ALT-R, CTRL-R but nothing works
