GTA V wont lunch on rockstar luncher

Every time hit "play" button on Rockstar Luncher the game wont lunch for some reason. This started to happend after i updated the game to the last version. What might be the problem?

Check if there is anything opening in the background; like an outdated ScripthookV-error message you have to close first.

I checked but nothings in there. i just press the play button and then it says "Loading" and then "Quitting".

Then you should clean your GTA V folder and restore its vanilla files by verifying.

Nvmi found out how, anyways, did verify game files integrity, same problem. Any other possible solutions?
