Can't seem to change my rank on the website

Featured Replies

I've looked into other threads talking about this but none of them seemed to help me unfortunately, changing the member title does not seem to change my rank and there's people with less than 50 posts (the amounts required to unlock the rank feature according to some answers) that have a different rank than mine, what can I possibly do to fix this and change my rank?

It says that my current rank is "Upstanding citizen" when I click on my name but in actuality what it displays is that my rank is "Comrade"

If you mean in the Achievements section of your page, it will display the default name for it. Not what you change the rank to in settings.

Well I didn't really mean that, more so just gave it as an example. My question here is how do I change my rank because I can't find it in settings.

Go to your profile page. Click on Edit Profile in the top right of the banner, and in there is Member Title. You change that.

That's the thing, it does not change my rank, just gives me a member title that's all, it still keeps that "Comrade" on my profile, sorry for coming off as incompetent or annoying or anything of that sort

Seems more like a glitch then, cause mine works perfectly fine. I'm sure when Cyan sees this, she can provide an answer.

Alright, I appreciate your help many thanks!

There's definitely an issue here for certain accounts -- I'm looking into it.
