    That mod manages to somehow make my system lag, only slightly however.

    I do wish to play it online, but some people I play it with simply cannot load the mod.

    Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz 

    GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

    The manhattan mod requires tons of memory to play. WORSE than IV. You would really need a very good GPU to play. If your game does load and that crashes to desktop, it means you GPU cannot take this mod at all due to high memory usage. Been There Done That.

    I guess that is my issue. I load up EM4, go to Modifications, click on the mod, and then it stops. It isn't like the LA Mod where it sits forever and then goes. I gave it ample time.

    When you do load the mod its buggy as shit. I have 6 fire trucks trying to put out a small fire.... Took 45 minutes.... If they would fix all the dumb little bugs it would be a good mod, as it stands now I give it a 4 out of 10 because of how buggy it is....

     

    Half the call outs you cant even complete because they just don't work. Fire tucks, cop cars, ambulances when you set them to go some where they go as slow as they can. They tend to not follow the road. It took almost 15 minute for a cop car to get from one side of the street down to the other because it kept getting stuck and doing U-turns. They rushed this mod and it turned out crappy going to be going back to the LA mod soon...

    I pretty much play the LA Mod exclusively. I tried a bunch of the other ones (Copenhagen, Lodon, Polish, etc) and none seem to function as well as the LA Mod.
