Try to launch GTA V without rage please. If that doesn't work rename your mods folder to _mods.

That's not it I'm not that new to this, my game works just fine with mods no conflicts and when I run the game with normal launcher it starts with no problem so Ragehook seems to be the problem. I've messed with options in the launcher and by checking "Disable Directx Hook" my game launches finally with Ragehook. But there are no blips on map and no console so I can't start any duty as if mod is not loaded at all. What can I do from this point?

So that's it, no support whatsoever besides default newbie suggestions? 

It's called common procedure as many users state issues similar to yours (Game crashes on startup)

 

Another few "newbie suggestions" you might want to try

 

-Try to load GTAV first. Once fully in game alt tab and start rage 

-Clear your command line (main directory) add "-windowed" (without the "") and save+exit. After that retry step 1

-Add GTA to your antivirus exceptions list. Use google to find out how to add an exception for your

 

If nothing helps a reinstall (of DirectX) might help. Unsure about that tho.

Yeah I've tried all of that again in 0.4.9 still crashing till this day.

Do you use SHVDOTNET?

Yes I do and It's updated to the lastest version. I also tried launching without it still crashes the moment I turn on Ragehook even after I turn on the game normally and launch Ragehook after it still crashes, nothing changes it always crashes the same way.

What ASI scripts are you using? Please try removing SHVDOTNET, clearing out your scripts folder, and move d8input.dll from your GTA root to your desktop.

I removed SHVDOTNET and dinput8.dll still crashing instantly. My scripts folder is full of Julionib superhero scripts (latest updated ones) and Grand Theft Space. As for ASI scripts I use the following: DismembermentASI, GTSLib, HeapAdjuster, Menyoo, NIBSHDotNet_loader, NoBoundaryLimits, ObjectSpawnUnlockNbuild, OpenIV, PackfileLimitAdjuster, RespawnFix, ScriptHookVDotNet, SkipIntro, TrainerV, TurboFix and WeaponLimitsAdjuster.

Try moving the files from your scripts folder onto your desktop. They might still be loading.
