Hello all,

I am having trouble running LCPD first reponse because I cannot play GTAIV with the 1.7 patch because I am using the EFC20 error fix. Without this I cannot play.

This fix restricts me to stay on the 1.4 patch, therefore I cannot play First Response since it requires patch 1.7

Is there a way I can play this using the GTAIV 1.4 patch?

As far as I know, LCPDFR is compitable with every patch for GTA IV.

In that case, when I do ALT+P nothing happens...The game continues running as normal.

Can you run the diagnostics tool and post your log here?

I will do that diagnostic now and post back. Can I also ask if the story line must be completed or can I be at any stage of the game to be able to use this mod?

No.

You must always atleast complete the first mission so you can freeroam. Also, LCPDFR supports EFLC's, 1.1.2.0 patch.
