Hi, yesterday I just reinstalled Grand Theft Auto IV because I wanted to make some more space on my computer, but now I want to play it again. I downloaded it again and installed Razers 1911 or what hes name is crack and patch (1.0.7.0) I also installed LCPDFR and now when I start the game I'm in safehouse, but when walking out from my room it freezes and says "GTA IV.exe has stoped working"

Help?
