Is this possible?

Is it possible to make a mod that will send the cord's to a website database, that's basically the part I want done, maybe with a 30 second refresh timer. Something like LCPD:FR uses to send the stats through, but on the website end, I would make the cords translate to a map and then show the last known location of the units.

I'm just wondering how possible this actually is as I am trying to create a dispatchers section.

Scripts aren't limited to GTA-related functions. They're fully fledged .NET programs, so you can use any .NET functions, including network functions. So, look up .NET networking.

I'm wanting to work on it in conjunction with the Dispatch section of my Computer Database which is starting to take shape. I'm thinking of a Auto Dispatcher program that in the background sends your cords to the database which when the dispatcher views the map they will see your location, and then a laptop screen based buttons that allows you to update your status to some pre-configured low priority calls to reduce radio chatter.

Sadly I have no scripting knowledge :(
