Does anyone have an idea on how to make the light bar brighter once IC Enhancer is installed?

I have the reflections set up just right but cant get the light bar to show well at all :(

While I can't particularly speak of your graphical mod, I can recommend a different ENB that makes ELS look fantastic. It installs fine on the regular GTA IV even though it says it is for EFLC -
