I had els installed and it made my game crash.Does anyone havea solution to this problem?Please let me know...

Did you install ELS correctly? Do you have all the required things to make ELS work?

I drag and drop (dsound.dll ELS.asi ELS.ini and Scripthook.dll) into the GTAIV main folder...and the game starts up just fine...then after a few minute like around 10 mor 20 it says GTA IV has stopped working.

What are the specs of your PC, hate to say it, but your pc's GPU/CPU might not be able to handle it... Just my 2 cents

ELS v6 with activated AI often makes the game crash, especially when you get more than 3 wanted stars. You could either deactivate ELS for AI or use ELS v5, it's much more stable.
