I'm working on a big skin pack for the New Liberty State Police. It's based on no particular real agency. Main design elements so far:

Updates will come as I make some of the vehicle skins. I plan to release .psd files along with the pngs, so people can edit them.

nice! i wanted to ask you something not related.did you managed to spawn bxbug's paramedic helmet to all medics?in my case its around 75% cases.and what does SUNNY ,WET,RES1A..these means in pedvariation.dat?perhaps you or custo make a detail tutorial about it. it will be real helpful man.
