vdH METT/Coroner Mod v.1.0.0 [REL]

I have the same problem as the last guy. I installed it, and when I start it up I get the text that says they're on their way but they never show up.

I use all the other VdH mods, like the tow truck without any problems. I still doesn't work if I uninstall traffic loader as well. Tried it whilst on/off duty with no results.

Abraxas, i had an idea and i would like to know if there's any chances of it. The idea is that when you call the METT/Coroner, a detective car with a detective model arrives with they to the scene. Would it be possible? For example in TBoGT, behind the mett truck arrives (i.e) my slicktop CVPI with some police/detective/chief model. Is that possible?

That is possible, but it's another model of a car and another model of a ped to load. So we have 3 ped models and 2 car models. You have to remember that tow script and coroner mod are used during or just after callouts where you have additional peds and cars loaded as well. Add to it traffic load or something like that and you are getting dangerously close to models number limit.

And one more thing. What should he do on scene?

mmm. yea you're right on that. And if that model appears too, maybe he will write on the board like one of the mett team, or block the scene or mmm just investigate. I'm just sayin this because i had that idea ;-) Hey i got a question, i just go to your mett mod and the title says 0.95 but when i open it, the ini says 0.9.4 is that right or am i being st*pid? Yeah, the coroner time is short, it would be even greater if they could still around a little bit, like investigating the area, closing it, question some random people and stuff... Or detective could do it while the coroner team stays taking the report of the dead body. 

 

And about the other question, is then the new version what i have just downloaded? Because they have the same date and info on my system. Maybe i am doing something wrong?

That would be cool, but every action adds new variables and mods like METT or tow script should be reliable and fast enough to help player in cleaning the scene. I don't think I will add new features in final version of METT/Coroner mod. It will be more stable and will have support for K-9 bodies in trunks.

 

But that will be after I finish tow script 2.0.

 

Oh and your mod is fine. Don;t worry about that version number.
