Hmmm, but they were teleported later? Well you just can't predoct every situation.

On that San Fierro I will change that. I wonder if Las Venturas should be SA too. Also what is the proper accronym for Alderney State.

The PoliceHelper already uses AD for the state of Alderney. It's a good choice, I think. And yes, Las Venturas is in San Andreas.

EDIT: And no, they didn't teleportet. Nothing changed on the situaton, which you can see in the picture. I waited a few minutes and then I decided to drive away. But you're right, for a so rare situation it's not really necessary to try to fix it

Thanks, I'll check all GTA cities.

 

PS: Colis I'll check that METT bug out. I had that error too once. I may add some counter there to teleport them or skip to next action.

The speedo doesn't exist in the vehicles.img? Should I replace any vehicles? which do you recommend? I'm clueless.

How is that even possible. Speedo is GTA's original vehicle and has to be in your vehicles.img, otherwise your game would crash every time trying to spawn it in normal traffic.

Hey Abraxas I'm sorry if this has been covered before but I installed the 1.0 version recently and each time I call the coroner team they say they're busy. I've had the previous version installed and working before. All I did was replace the scripts files with the new ones. Should I have replaced everything else again too? Is it a memory issue?

Looks like memory issue.I guess you use some traffic spawner. They can load vehicles almost up to the game limit and I try to check if there are over 30 models and over 25 ped models loaded at the moment. But maybe I'm overprotective. For example I've made exactly the same thin with upcoming traffic event in PoliceHelper and with heavy traffic game always had over 35 vehicle models loaded :-/
I guess I should include that check only in safeMode maybe.

Well, I searched in the EFLC vehicles.img, and nothing is named speedo there. Maybe this mod is only for original GTAIV? and speedo doesn't exist in EFLC? I don't know. I prefer playing in EFLC.

I guess what's wrong FiveO :) Speedo is in EFLC and my mods are for EFLC too. Pobably you get into Episode-specific vehicles.img. You should edit YorMainEFLCdirectory/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img, not YorMainEFLCdirectory/TBoGT/pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img

 

Eklab, I've just discovered that vehicle limit in not constant, so I will remove that check.

I've downloaded most of your scripts and they all work really well, however i'm not able to even extract the files in your METT/coroner download for some reason:

 

I use 'Express Zip File Compression' and when i try to open the file i get: archive error: Express Zip could not open this archive. It may be corrupted, encrypted, empty or in an incompatible format.

 

This happens for both 1.0.0 and 0.9.5 downloads. Never had this error for anything else. Has anyone else had this? Help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

You're not the only one with that problem. I have no idea what is wrong. I've downloaded it just a minute ago and it opened just fine with windows 7 default explorer. I will be uploading new version with small fix, maybe that one will work for you.

One user said that "repairing zip" helped him, but I don't remember which zip program he was using.

Ah, thanks. Just tried downloading it through windows explorer and it opened fine.

So far the mod runs great, loving the animations and body bags. But earlier today I did a stress test to see how much can they can zip up dead bodies, like up to around 8? the guy and the female assistant stopped moving in the middle of the street. Many dead bodies was still lying around, I don't know if it was just a one time issue (havent tried it again yet.)  If it was maybe an error handling to this? like once the van is filled up another one comes by? I don't know gotta' do another stress test.

Coroners should cleun up the whole scene no matter how many bodies are there.

 

Some questions:
1 - did mod crashed? If yes, please find vdh_Errors.log in your main GTA directory and paste it here?
2 - did they froze completely? I mean did they react when you push them, or were they rock solid?

3 - did they disappeared when you got far enough form them?

4 - were they standing next to a body, or somewhere between bodies?

 

I've tried yesterday to track the exact moment when they can stop like that, but without success :/
