When attempting to download plugins on the website on Chrome there is no "agree to terms" button anywhere. I was able to solve the issue by downloading using Internet Explorer however was just reporting this if it was not already known.

Can you try again now and let me know if this fixed?

every time that I go to download lspdfr it says "you must agree to the terms before downloading this file. BUT there is no button to click on after you read the terms. I scroll all the way to the bottom but there is no "Agree" button. so I am just stuck. cant proceed.

It is there for me.  Might try a different browser. I am currently using Google Chrome.

I found out why...if you have your anit-virus on or even an ad-blocker that is on, that will not allow the "Agree and Continue" button to show up. I got it though. That had me confused. 

Can confirm, only happens with an adblocker. We haven't changed anything around this button recently, so I can only assume a rule that is blocking too much. You'll have to disable your adblocker or complain to the filter list creators.

Yup, someone at uBlock added a rule to block .ipsAreaBackground.ipsPad, I assume to hide the empty ad areas?

This is a very-wide blocking rule and will block far more than that.

It's adblock.

I cant download unless i agree to the terms which i cant do.

turn off all anti virus you may have. Also any ad blockers because that will not allow you to download certain files. 

I have stumbled across a problem. when i press "download this file" on the download lspdfr page, it shows this user agreement. once i finish reading it and scroll down to press the agree and download, its not there. any solutions?

Turn off your ad blocker 🙂

I went to download lspdfr and when I click download it shows the Download TOS. But under the TOS is no download button.

Disable your ad blocker 🙂
