Yes you have to purchase the game (Grand Theft Auto IV, or EFLC, either will work with this mod), and no one here will give you a pirated version download link (Of GTA IV), and if they do it will be removed by me. We don't support any type of pirating here, period.

G17 Media does not condone in the activity of illegally downloading any Grand Theft Auto game. So the answer is, yes, you do have to buy the game. If you would like to virtually purchase the game, you may digitally download a copy (after purchase of course) at some of the following online marketplaces :

  • Direct2Drive
  • Best Buy
  • Game Stop
  • Steam
  • etc.

Otherwise, it is available at most retail stores.
