Hiya!

You are missing RageNativeUI 🙂

It can be installed here: Releases · alexguirre/RAGENativeUI · GitHub

Any more issues let me know : D

I installed it in the folder like mentioned in the read me files.

E.g.

mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

or

mods - update - x64 - dlcpacks - ptachday3ng - dlc - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles

Put all vehicles in Patchday 22 🙂

Let me know if that works!

As it is the latest working Patchday it automatically overrides all others : D

Ensure you have the OpenIV asi loader and OpenIV.asi installed already.
If you already do have them installed do this:
In OpenIV uninstall them
Close OpenIV
Open it again and reinstall them
Close OpenIV
Reboot your PC

In OpenIV navigate to the location you installed the model, for this example I'll use a model installed in the police3 slot
Scroll down to the file named "police3.ytd" and open it while in edit mode
you'll find files in there named along the lines of "police_sign_1", "police_sign_2" and such
Name the skin "police_sign_3" and drag it into the window with all the textures, that will add a new skin
If you want to replace a skin you can name it the same thing as an existing one

After that click the save button and you should be done

If you would like a video tutorial you can try this

Any EUP customization should come with instructions for installation. I don't know how to install those either, I use the default uniforms it comes with.

@Charlie686has more knowledge than me on installing peds I believe
