I installed it in the folder like mentioned in the read me files. E.g. mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf or mods - update - x64 - dlcpacks - ptachday3ng - dlc - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles

It worked but I installed some cars which are replacing the normal ones, but I can't see them
