What is the step you get stuck on? Once you get the hang of it installing addon packs is fairly simple, I can walk you through it if you want

Hey, Thank you for responding so fast! The part where I usally get stuck is whne I have add the text in the dlc rpf file (if you know what I mean) I get the other steps but just this step is a bit tricky for me!

I'll explain that step then
First you'll navigate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data, you'll find dlclist.xml there, either drag and drop it to your desktop and edit it there or right click it in OpenIV and select edit

For this example I'll be editing it with notepad, the steps will be the same once in the file with any editor

Scroll the way down to the bottom of the file, you should see this

Above "</Paths>" and below "
dlcpacks:/patchday23ng/
" make a new line

You will want to enter the following text:
dlcpacks:/[dlc pack name]/

The i's must both be capital or lower case, you can not mix the two cases, the slashes on either side of the dlcpack name should also be in the same direction, they can be either / or \, just don't mix the two

After you enter the line it should look something like this:

For that example the name of the folder the dlc.rpf is in would be 'lspdpack", if the folder was "statetrooperpack36879065" you would enter the line "
dlcpacks:/statetrooperpack36879065/
"

After you enter the line, save the file and if you edited it outside OpenIV put it back in

It's generally easy.

Quick run-down:

 1. Read the readme.txt included in the file. Instruction should be included.
 2. You will need to drag the folder provided or create a folder in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Make sure the dlc.rpf is inside the folder.
 3. Go to the dlclist.xml and add the line in the readme. It should look something like this:
dlcpacks:/eup/

Done. The addon is now ingame for you to use.
