and with rage it still wont load 😞

Had a detailed look at couldn't notice any issues. Sadly I won't be able to assist you further but I suggest making a thread with the title "GTAV crashes on fresh install" to get someone who may know how to help you further.

I may not be able to assist here, but I'll do what I can.

I am going to need your launcher.log from Documents/Rockstar Games/Launcher

It is a note file.

Also see if the reinstall helps 🙂
