Alt Tabbing back into game causes group backup to be called

So this is weird to me; when I alt tab out of game, as soon as I click back into GTAV, the game freezes, a San Andreas court menu pops up, and group backup is called.  I have searched through my ini files and disabled group backup option in UB.  Does anyone have any idea as to why my game is defaulting to these commands without me pressing any keys? I'm literally only clicking back into the game window and this craziness happens.  Thanks in advance.

    First of all, I'm curious what mod gives you a court option. If it's ANY albo's mods, delete it. Now.

    When you Alt+Tab out of the game then back into it the GTAV menu pops up (The one with the map, settings etc.). So I don't know how the Court feature came up.

    As for Group Backup, do you mean like 'panic button' backup or 'felony stop' backup?
