set the threshold timeout to 50000. that should at least let you play

Try clearing commandline.txt so its an empty text file, do not delete the file itself though.

did both.. STILL crashing when loading back to police station from selecting custom character.. I GIVE UP.....UGH!!

**UPDATE**

I Excluded GTA.exe, RageHookV.exe and the "GrandTheftAutoV" Folder from my Antivirus, though STILL crashing when loading back to police station from selecting custom character!

well when you have a clean directory with no mods there stands a better chance of lspdfr working rather then keeping your directory as is right now. So I would highly recommned that you reinstall it but its your choose.

Game has been uninstalled, for now. May decide to re-install at a later date, may not.. thanks for your help in all this!

yea no problem! I know how it feels for lspdfr to not work so just hang in there. Otherwise best of luck to you in the future!

You don't have to uninstall Grand Theft Auto V in order to have a clean folder. 
Just a waste of time & space, really.

Yes. 

If you have space, you can make a backup of your vanilla GTAV folder in order to prevent these things from happening.
