First of all, I didn't play lcpdfr but a roadblock sound pretty cool.

Second, Why not Ultimate Backup? It's the best Backup system out there, it's regularly updated, it's got tons of features (including spike strips and roadblocks).

I would argue it's preferable for features to be implemented in the base mod instead of a plugin as long as they're implemented in a way the player-base desires.  This ensures compatibility, reduces dependencies, and in theory improves the overall user experience.

Wonderful and right answer , that's exactly what I meant, I fully agree.

Ultimate backup also has the flaw of roadblocks only work 2% of the time, I would expect that lspdfr would have more extensive testing and would only have a feature like this if it was a bit more effective than the one ultimate backup has. If lspdfr came with these features players also wouldn't have to temporarily stop using external plugins for every update. I'd imagine many of these features will be implemented over time but I'm not a developer so I can't really say.

exactly , i absolutely agree

I agree there's basic features left out.  also if possible adding an action menu like sergeant mod.
