I don't think you can give a blanket recommendation like this.  Perhaps if other people are experiencing the same uncommon issue as you, but it seems the update has been working fine for most people.

You can't just say that without it being a major issue. 0.4.9 might be even worse for your 'choppiness' issue.

Severe Choppiness can come from hardware that can't handle the game.

I suggest you look  into it.

I didn't say it was a major issue, and my hardware meets and exceeds the recommendations

It was also a meant as a friendly suggestion - you don't need to act aggressive about it

 

It's working fine for me now anyway - guess the first time was just one of those things

I was just backing up what Rich said. You can't just say 'I suggest you do the same' without any justification.

Alas, this is my normal tone. I apologize if it was aggressive.

Although, I have a lot of tones.

Just to clarify, LSPDFR uses a lot of resources and this involves a lot of work on the PC. In the case of Cutup Gaming the performances are decent albeit in 2020, so this can also be solved with optimizations by the authors

If you want to play as a NOOSE character, you can download EUP.

i installed this mod but i only get some parts of the mod active, the crime report works and the computer also, but al the other items dont work.... any help would cool.

There is no bank heist callout in the default LSPDFR callouts. You could download a callout from the site that contains the bank heist callouts 🙂 Though I think they're all outdated.

Hello LSPDFR is great but I have a problem, when I am in service and I put other weapons than the one supplied with the equipment the added weapons come off on their own is this normal or a bug?

For the future please make a thread in the relevant section! In regards to your issue it is most likely caused by StopThePed. In the ini file disable the "realistic weapon system"
