That looks like it will run just fine to me, its better specs than mine and I run just fine on high with a visuals mod and several scripts.
If you have trouble with the installation process, or what to install and what not to install, just post a thread for it and someone will help you

GTA V is under 100 GB unmodded.

those specs look good to me but I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to this so I may be wrong, theres definitely enough storage on it as well.

    Hiya!
Glad to have more people join this community : D

This is a link to requirements for GTAV : https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/gta-5-system-requirements-announced/
To run LSPDFR make sure you have some breathing space between what is recommended. For example it recommends 8GB of RAM but if you have 16GB of ram there would definitely be more breathing space as to run LSPDFR, more resources will be needed!
It also recommends a 2GB graphics card which I would say is a bit low for a good experience. Try and aim at least for 4!

And remember if you get any issues along the way just make a thread and I'm sure someone will be happy to help 😄

Check out some specs that R* have released for their 'recommended' specs. I would try and aim for something better than the recommended specs because LSPDFR likes to eat up memory. If you are using a 4K TV I've heard that it might require a better Video Card to play the game smoothly.

In fact, to even get the game running in 4K at 30fps you'll need a minimum of an AMD HD 7870 graphics card or NVidia GTX 760 with 2GB of VRAM. And that's according to Rockstar itself.
To run GTA 5 in 4K at 60fps Rockstar claims that you'll need "a high-end SLI or Crossfire setup". So be warned. Oh, and a 4K monitor or television of course.
