I just recently had to re-install GTA V because I think I did something wrong while messing with trying to install a new Firetruck and it screwed the game up. Anyways after installing GTA V, started loading up the latest LSPDFR, RAGEHOOK AND SCRIPT HOOK. Then went into the game no issues, loaded up fine except I had no splash screen, but that is for a later discussion. After I started installing all of my plugins I had before ( not all at one time though) after installing a couple of plugins, I tried to launch the game, it would crash to desk top. Tried it again, same thing. So I restarted my computer and worked fine. Then got out of game to install some more plugins, then try to launch game, same issue, had to restart computer then it worked fine. Seems like every time I installed something game would crash at start screen back to desk top. Can anyone please explain what I’m doing wrong, I don’t believe this is normal. I even at times had to completely shut computer down for 10 seconds or so because even restarting didn’t work. Thanks for any input.

What plugins did you install?

Installed, ultimate back up, smart police radio, stop the ped,  arrest manager, compulite with compulite realistic charges, ultimate call outs. I believe those are it.  

If smart radio was in the first set of plugins try uninstalling that I think its outdated.

I can’t remember which plugin I installed first, I know it wasn’t smart radio though, it might of been either stop the ped or ultimate back up can’t remember.  Maybe I can go back in there and remove the plugins and go back to look for the most updated ones and install those.  But it’s funny, it will run, but only after goIng through the crashes for a bit before finally working properly.

Ok, I have a question not related to my game crashing I figured that problem out. Gonna have a tech to look at my lap top. My question is, since rock star in their infinite wisdom did another game update, I had to install a newer version of script hook v to work. But everything in game reverted back to the vanilla police vehicles and can’t open EUP.  How can I get those back without re - installing.

In the dlclist.xml file add <Item>dlcpacks:/EUP/</Item>  for EUP. for the cars download them again and put them in patchday22ng.

Ok new problem, since the new game update, my EUP doesn’t open. I get an error that I haven’t installed EUP Law and Order which I did. Can anyone help please

Did placing <Item>dlcpacks:/EUP/</Item> in dlclists.xml  not work?

That line was already in there. Nothing seems to work and I can’t get simple trainer to open up either. That line has EUP in small letters, you have it in caps, do indeed to go in there and change EUP to all caps?

Simple trainer needs scripthook V which is not compatible with the current update, with EUP I have never tried it without caps so I don't know if thats the issue or not but I would try making it in caps, make sure the files are still in dlcpacks and make sure the <Item> tags match with either no caps or capital I in both, they can't be one upper case one lower. You may just have to run the EUP oiv again (making sure eup isn't placed in the dlclist twice)

Ok it’s in there only once, but I can try to change EUP to all uppercase. I also have script hookv.net installed. 

scripthook.net also will not work right now but as long as scripthook v isn't running .net shouldn't either.

So then for simple trainer, it won’t work until scripthook v does an upgrade?  What about scripthook RDR2

Yes, no ASI plugins (trainers, spawners, and scripts in general) will not load until scripthook updates which should be in a few days. Until then here is a trainer for RPH that may work for you
