So I changed to EUP to all caps everything is correct, saved it no error messages, and still doesn’t work

The only other thing I could think of it a full reinstall of EUP

Did uninstall and reinstall,  nothing, just did another reinstall and nothing. I am really upset that I can’t get the uniforms I want. Do you think that it doesn’t work because of scripthook?

No EUP is a DLC pack not a script so it shouldn't be that, you can still have dinput8 installed as that is the asi loader try installing that only and leave scripthookv.dll out.

Ok trying that right now, on the LSPDFR enhancer I can’t find it.

Ok still showing when I try and load it through rage console f4, still tells me that EUP law and order needs to be installed for the menu to work.

What do you mean by this exactly?
Try reinstalling eup menu other than that I don't know what else can be done for that.

Yes, no ASI plugins (trainers, spawners, and scripts in general) will not load until scripthook updates which should be in a few days. Until then here is a trainer for RPH that may work for you

Thank you Mud for your help, LSPDFR enhancer worked for the mean time, but never could get EUP to work. At one point after installing enhancer I received an EUP error message again but this time it said to upgrade to RageNativeUI. dll 1.6.0.0 or higher to continue to use this menu. Did that,  and nothing. When I would go into the Rage console to load it i got the same message again EUP ERROR EUP LAW AND ORDER IS NOT INSTALLED AND IS REQUIRED  FOR MENU TO WORK. So thanks again though appreciate your help. I am at a loss now as to why EUP doesn’t work.

Make sure that you have activated EUP Menu in RagepluginHook

I do have EUP menu activated in Rageplugin hook, and still nothing. I decided to completely uninstall GTA V and re-reinstall with complete clean copy of game. Then I’ll start again. The last time I didn’t uninstall game just removed all mods to GTA V directory, and re installed again, probably had a corrupt file, maybe completely starting over I might be able to get it to work.

Yeah I saw that and I immediately down loaded it and installed. Simple trainer still didn’t work. Or EUP. I gave up and just deleted all the mods and uninstalled GTA V. And I am re-installing it and starting  all over.  Maybe the GTA v directory had a corrupt file I don’t know. But everything else worked as far as LSPDFR. Didn’t even down load any other mods to see if they would work or not. Thanks anyways I appreciate your help. And I just want to be clear, so do I install both the new updated scripthook v and the scripthookvdotnet?

Update on my gta v, installed simple trainer and EUP, everything is working fine now. Thank you everyone for your help.
