anyone know of any ENB or timecyc that makes night time darker, I need one that work with ELS and all so work on all weather settings

I've been using this ENB that works with ELS - it provides impressive results. It says it is for EFLC but it works perfectly fine in GTA IV 1.0.7.0 -

The majority of my gallery is at night, using this ENB. See if it suits your wants/needs - :D

nan it one works on Extra sunny 2 and that dose look good at night

but the days are a little to bright (i.e. the sidewalk and road paint) can I fix this, if so how

fixed it, but know my ELS light a all to bright i.e. they flash but you can't see the texture
