I asked this over a month ago through discussion/suggestion but didn't get any satisfactorily responses.  I thought I would ask here.   I would like to change the division and beat numbers on any vehicles.  When I export it through OIV it is a DDS file.  I don't have any program that opens that type.  What kind of program do I need to edit that or what is the best way to edit the numbers on skins?  All skins seem to have 1 as the division and only 3 at most different beat numbers.  I would like to be able to change that.  Or could I send you that file (skin) and tell you what numbers I would like to see?
