So guys, I am getting really pissed off when I see the "[ELS]". It doesnt work with me. Once the RPH finished loading, GTA crashes.

BUT, when I remove the ELS files from GTA folder - everything starts to work! 

Help me, Lt.Caine doesn't respond...

well fucked up from here. I downloaded RPH from official site... and i have a legit GTA V...

oh, hey, i've just... almost solved the problem... well. LSPDFR is th only plugin I have, now it loads normally. i'm gonna try to download some ELS vehicle pack. Thanks anyway!

yeah. im really lucky, i had old files in other folder) created 2 days ago, btw ITS WORKING!!! IM SO HAPPY!!! guess the EVA 2.0 plugin is the reason, they might conflict. Oh, also, jedahdiah's pack worked once i loaded it)
