FiveM Police Vehicle to Singleplayer

I recently got a police vehicle that came in FiveM format; carcols, carvariations, vehicles.meta, and the model files. I managed to get them into their own DLC, however the lights/siren do no work. The vehicle just plays a civilian horn. Obviously I'm missing something. Can anyone shed some light on this please? I've been trying all night.

    Is it a replace vehicle or Add-on?

    FiveM cars in itself can be installed into SP, but there are a lot harder, since they are supposed to be in a resource folder, loaded by a __resource.lua.

    In its own DLCPack that doesn't exist.

    I just tried it. Still got nothing. I've opened a support ticket on the developer's discord and they're going to try and assist.
