Really the lighting configuration is a whole lot better than a constant NYPD style version. :(.

This is the first one i've ever seen with the unique lighting it has, i really don't like the Vectors NYPD use, though i do get a yen to play as either LCPD or NYPD now and then but now i mostly play with the unreleased textures i've made for Nova Scotia Cities.
