hy i got some problems with a few missions

when i have "shots" fired call and i will "solve" the problam the read arrows over the suspects are still there and the mission isn done ...

also when i need to chase a suspect down the vehicle of him has also the red arrow and it wont be done ..

and finnaly when i have a suicid call how do i "help" this guy... he just kills himself every time..

You can play multiplayer by pressing ALT+P (like in SP) in GTA IV's Multiplayer Free Mode. There is no "added" multiplayer feature as of yet.

No, you keep aiming at him, at a distance. And you judge the way you will make him surrender by looking at his status (on the screen). Treating will make him mad while reasoning will make him mad a lot more in another status.

Keep your weapon aimed at him at all times, remember he's suicidal and could shoot you. If at anytime he attempts to grab something from his torso, put a round into him.
