Hey guys Im new here I finally downloaded the game yesterday and loved it,  I just added some mods, the ELS mod and downloaded the popular "los santos vehicle mega pack" (gray cop cars with blue lights) anyways the key mapping is different now and when i watch tutorials on using the ELS mod my keys are not the same, and the vehicles are not lighting properly and pedestrians and cars dont move out of the way now....plus it runs smooth and then lags for a seconds, very strange...something is wrong any ideas? 

there are 2 types of popular lighting systems, ELS, and non-els.

ELS is a mod

Non-els is not a mod.

What ELS does:

Lights&Sirens

You can change siren sounds with one button by pressing 1,2,3,4 or 5. (5= random sirens every 5 seconds)

doesn't automatically stop siren if you get out of the car.

Honk when siren enabled

Multiple lighting stages.(You can enable stage 3 lighting with 1 button = Alt+j or in vcf set manual to auto)

Non-els Capabilities:

If you hold E the siren changes

No honk if siren enabled

No changable light button

(siren key for non els is "j" lights is "E")
