Lights on cars don't work

I downloaded and installed the Los Angeles Car Mod. I added everything to the .img files, and the cars appear ingame. But the lights (siren) on the car, don't work.

They don't work only at modded cars, I don't know what I made false.

My mods:

LCPDFR

Indictaor

Police Helper

Traffic Flow

TowHelper

Maybe some of them are incompatible to lights.

Hope someone can help me

    copy the 2 els files and paste them into the Grand Theft Auto IV directory
