The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I've been having issues with RDE and DLS not working. I'll have a clean install with all the requirements and everything but they simply don't work. The problem with RDE is that the NPC's won't respond to anything I do. I can shoot near them and nothing happens. No panic, no nothing. I can murder someone in the street and they sort of react to the body, but they don't panic. When I get a wanted level the police won't spawn and when I walk up to a cop they don't do anything. It's like I dont exist.

The problem with DLS is that it just isn't working. ELS works perfectly fine, but DLS is broken. I am really confused as to why these mods are broken but other mods work fine. I haven't received any replies from the DLS developer or the RDE team so I don't know what to do. Are the mods broken? Is anyone else experiencing this?
