Recently I began having issues where the website will not load at all for me. My first thought was that my browser was the issue so I tried on a different browser and I still had the same issue. I then tried to access the website on my phone and had the same problem. It wasn't until I used a VPN that I was able to access the website again. I believe I may have been IP banned and was wondering if there is any way to have this fixed. 

Firstly, do not use a VPN as this is a sure fire way to get banned by the automatic security measures backend.

 

Secondly, as per the banner on the download page, we're experiencing extremely high demand due to everyone now "working" from home or in various states of lockdown. Many people are turning to streaming services, forums, social media, gaming etc etc. Not only are ISP's taking a hit in network traffic, but the servers that run websites are too.
