Aznairsoft was the only one working on one with lighting custom to what O.P.P use, but when i ask, i get no reply, so i'll just go ahead and say he abandoned it.

He actually hasn't abandoned it. If you find his WIP thread, I believe it's Dumbfounded projects or something, he just released an update picture of an OPP Tahoe.

I feel like no one wants this kind of CVPI to be released like you want, because its just the way i want it also, and theres always something different...
