The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

everytime there will be issues when i install eup, this time too. the procedures are followed but this happened anyway, how do i fix it?

my problem is solved now, the problem was not from eup, but the data, i have replaced the data in eup and its working for me.
