UPDATE: I'm almost ready to release the rookie blue cruiser. I've created 2/4 skins for it, the only differences being the unit numbers and the plates....

The Lightbar is completely different it's an LED lightbar whereas Toronto PD use an MX7000 halogen lightbar, the skin has a few differences too.

That sounds good. And it's okay if you don't, I know a lot of people don't accept requests. I'd just really like to have that to use for my university's police. Thanks for the quick reply by the way.
