I don't think is a plugin. This is an exception error that is thrown when a requested operation or method is not implemented. Try to update .Net Framework. Have you installed correctly the mods?

    Nope, I uninstalled it and deleted the files. still crashes

    Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

    didn't work. should i just reinstall lspdfr

    ^an ambient event is causing this crash^

     

    One of your plugins is trying to start an ambient event (StealCar/Runlights) so, if uninstalling traffic policer didn't work, uninstall all plugins and try then

     

    just to clarify this time i mean to uninstall not reinstall
