The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

City population density is low in GTA 5 with LSPDFR

Hello everybody. When I turn on GTA V using the Rage Plugin Hook and run LSPDFR, the population density in the city becomes very low and the city itself becomes very empty on the roads. PED is very different from vehicles. How can this be fixed? Without RPH and LSPDFR, everything is fine.  Tired of riding through empty streets!

    Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and change Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini to false.

    You can also mess around in the settings menu form the wiki, there are some "Ambient Spawn" settings and true-false for controlling spawn rates based on performance, so that may be something to look into as well to allow the game to spawn in ambient units more often rather than spawning more at the same time.
