How can I turn off that ambient event of car chase? I have turned ambient events to 0 and it still occurs.

Wondering how I can disable 'Billy Boys' and his silly little car from spawning in and driving crazy causing pursuits... its very repetitive having him muck up the world.

I dont want to disable all ambient events..... just Billy Boys.

You haven't it because you have not configurated it or you have simply removed that. If you haven't configurate and you want activate it write

Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = false
