The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I looked around and apparently there's an issue with lspdfr when your computer's os language is not set to English. I would try switching that.

You sure? Because your log tells me that you are using 1.74 and the latest version is 1.78
