What you can do is use the customization feature of Ultimate Backup and Stop the Ped to set it to the desired ped. Ultimate Backup comes with customizable XML files that'll let you change the ped model of the coroner. You can just scroll down to the coroner backup section and change the ped model from "S_M_M_DOCTOR_01" to "mp_f_freemode_01". From there you can fill in all of the corresponding EUP components you would want. Then, if you call for the coroner using Stop the Ped, they'll respond with whatever you have set. Try uninstalling the asi loader, restarting your pc, and then re-installing the asi loader. If that doesn't work then I'm not quite sure what it could be. You placed the XML files for the vehicles in the "pack_default" folder, right?

I looked around and apparently there's an issue with lspdfr when your computer's os language is not set to English. I would try switching that.

Go to your main GTA V game folder. There should be a folder called "Logs". Inside should be a bunch of text files. Look at the dates of the files and find the most recent one.

Have you installed the asi support feature in OpenIV? ELS will usually do something like this if you don't have it installed.

Do you have a log from when it crashed?

Can you clarify what you mean? Are you talking about having the AI officers wear EUP uniforms?
