Hoping to get some help more specific to my situation. I have already scoured this entire forum and others like it to try and find a solution. Many solutions have made progress for me but I still cannot seem to load the game. It's one thing after another.

 

Quick Background:

• My current issue is getting the "Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus" error when loading.  The game will load but LSPDFR will not be active.
• The game loads just fine without RPH
• I dont have any plugins installed, besides LSPDFR
• I only have one GTAV folder

 

Remedies already tried:

• Turning off antivirus/ adding GTAV and RPH exceptions to the security system
• Running Windowed mode
• Turning on DIrectX 11
• Running as both admin and not admin
• Giving full access in the security settings
• Disabled full screen optimizations(This actually helped me get the game to load, before this it was crashing)
• Added RPH NativeUI 
• Changed Plugin Timeout threshold to 60000
• Restarting Computer 
• Fresh Install (5 times and counting)

 

I think thats it, though i may have tried more because I have been at this for about 2 weeks now, this year. But, fact of the matter is I have never been able to get this to work dating back to 2017 when I first tried.

 

I have attached screenshots and RPH log for your view pleasures.

First thing I would do is try loading the game first (as normal, not with RPH). Wait for it to get to at least the R* splash screen, then alt + tab out and load RPH.

This will allow RPH to auto-detect the game is running and therefore it doesn't have to try and load the game first before it hooks.

 

I would also disable LSPDFR from loading at startup, let it have a chance to fully load RPH into your game first and then manually load LSPDFR. Load at startup works fine for me, but there are countless threads where people have issues with it.

 

Let me know if these do or do not work 🙂

Please disable the GeForce Overlay if you have it and remove RivaTuner if installed.

 

Did you by any chance move / rename your GTA V folder?

If I just run the game by itself it runs fine. I have tried loading RPH after loading the game and still run into the same issue. I also disabled the LSPDFR plugin, still the same issue.

Ok I will try disabling GeForce Overlay, and I dont believe I have Riva Tuner.

I also only have one GTA V folder and its currently named "Grand Theft Auto V"
