Headlight Switch

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

Just pondering... Is there a way I can set up my headlights so that they can be switched on and off with a keystroke? I'm fairly certain it's possible with SNT, but I don't know how. Also, how do I get the indicators to stay on like I've seen in many videos? Can I set up something for that as well?

You may want to look into the indicator mod (I think it is available in the downloads section of this site) for turn signals. It works great, and you can customize the keys. As for the headlights, the H key should turn them on/off.

The indicator script includes a control for the headlights, HOWEVER you can only switch the lights on or off at night time (when they would automatically be on). It's something with the game that you can't turn on the headlights during the day, because even using the trainer to do it doesn't work. Pressing H toggles the high beams only.

H only turns them on/off during daylight hours (when the game switches them off)

H only makes them brighter at night.

H is the high-beams

Thanks for the responses, guys.

Wow, I wish I looked into the Indicator Script more. I had no idea it had those controls, I thought it only let you use turn signals, haha.

Downloading now!

I use Indicator Script with its default setting, the key I use to turn them on and of is "O". that should be the default, its great when your in a unmarked car at night sitting on a a bait car or staking out hookers...

Nothing to see here!
