2)Open up the program OpenIV and enable edit mode.

3)Navigate to the following path in OpenIV and find your model.  

4)Replace textures.

Close OpenIV and enjoy!

Nice but instead of the "FIB" riot, you should make a NOOSE Riot in style of the NOOSE Enforcer from GTA IV.

Agree on that, the FIB looks really simple with only 3 letters on the side. On the other hand the others skins looks great

I did so based on frogger2. The helicopter is used only inscription "FIB".
