I am having a hell of a time with the FLAGS and Car variations portions. the lights are positioned outside of the light bar. I am using the sheriff slot to make life easier but Im still hitting a wall. I don't know where to add the copied text to the file since I dont work with it often. Is my problem even related to the vehicle meta and flags?

Hands down, this is the best CVPI available at the moment! I only have two minor gripes. Could you please flip up the driver's side spotlight? Also, instead of "a tradition of service" maybe something like "a history of oppression" for the LSSD liveries to better go with the LSPD motto.

just read the readme & the add the carvariations.meta to "GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2/dlc.rpf/common/data"  replace old one.

could some one help me thr revurse light dont flash red and blue

I litteraly cried when I saw this and it is amazing, okay now that I have said that, is there anyway to add more than just two of the veh.s to the .meta file? I want to run it as sheriff, police4, police and FBI but whenever I do this it messes up either sheriff and police4 or the other two. So I'm probably doing something wrong, if so I would love some help lol. Thank you and merry Christmas!

They're not supposed to. They're supposed to be amber to work as traffic advisors.

Anyways, I was wondering if Bugs or anyone could work on a texture that replaces all the "Dash" logo/emblem with Ford logo/emblem, you know, just for the sake of realism.

Yeah, that pretty much ruins the model, IMO.

BxBugs123, I had an obtuse moment there, for whatever reason I thought I had to add your text into the existing file rather than replace it entirely. All is well now thanks, for the steady burns, is there an easier way to get them on and off without the use of the trainer?

I can see where you're coming from considering that this is clearly a recreation of a real-life vehicle. On the other hand, I really like the "Dash" logo because it fits better with the GTA universe. I personally like the idea of being a police officer in San Andreas and NOT real life California. Plus, there are already tons of models that accurately have the "Ford" logo. This model is the only one that doesn't. 

What do I do with the carvariation file when I want to use "police" and "sheriff"?

@Bxbugs123 is the rear FORD emblem back on the car?

No as the LASD have it removed.

EDIT: Very odd i quoted @MSHP up there & it quoted you i tried to do it again & for some reason every time i try to quote MSHP it quotes you.

@bxbugs123 any chance you provide a LSPD/LAPD version? Or does your model support standard community CVPI template?

it supports any liveries that are made for F5544's CVPI model. I think... but if not, you could follow the template of the skins made by:

No. It doesn't. F5544's template does not fit Bugs' CVPI. Only way it would fit is if F5544 remaps the car to Bugs' template.

Yeah that was kinda why I edited my post to say "I think" and then linked to some liveries for the model that work. Thanks though.

Thank you both @Kilyin and @Fartknockr (don't know why user tagging doesn't work on mobile). BTW another noob question: do the textures spawn in the correct place (I mean, 'proudly serving WINEWOOD' spawns in Winewood, 'Park ranger' spawns in park areas etc.)? That would be an amazing feature! If not, do you guys know a way to make it happen?

love this car man the different spotlight positions as extra is genious...will there be an lspd version with hubcaps?

Just a quick question, for those of us who already have v1.2A and v1.2UM, do we still need to do the whole carvariations and vehicles.meta thing over again, or are they carried over?

just update the model, nothing changed with the .meta files.

 impossible to put your file, it crashes the game or OpenV

notice how bugs is so good that the air freshener is affected by gravity/body roll LOL

i mean seriously freaking fantastic model... I just wish it had more lights, but I already found out that ELS is indeed in progress so I won't worry about that too much :D
